Oversized 13 inches high brass case, original finish, 4 beveled glasses are good, oversized beaded and filigreed bezel, good porcelain dial, oversized Arabic numbers. Signed Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co., Philadelphia. 8-day time and strike movement, back plate signed Made in France, Japy Freres. Runs fine. Large 2 vial pendulum with live mercury. Overall condition good.
