Condition: the top ribbon trim is missing from the arm, and the hands are incorrect, finish to ball is abraded, and some dents. Numerals and rest of arm are OK. The finish is worn off the statue and it has turned gray with oxidation. Our estimate figures the arm is worth around $600 and the statue around $100. Height 29 inches
