Miniature Box clock. 8 day gong strike movement, very clean and running. Movement is signed, "Max Bohnnel, Wien". Seatboard mounted, coil gong behind the movement on the backboard. Clean 5 inches silver dial, painted 24 hour numerals. This 25 inches high mahogany case looks like it just came out of the factory, everything clean and polished. There is also a "Max Bohnell" metal plate on the inside between the two glasses. Lower door section has 5 beveled and leaded glasses. I doubt this clock will ever be on display in a museum but it is the nicest, cleanest, box clock, I have ever seen.
