It has been polished and clear coated to retain that good finish. The open swing pendulum puts it in a rare class of French clocks. The sculpture is signed, "LandF.Moreau", and "France". The clock is 23 inches high and the urns 15 inches. This time we have cherubs on the urns, which drew the collector to this set, and of course the boy-girl statues being highly detailed and holding the clock above their heads, did not hurt any. Pink and white marble bases, bronze feet and one bronze base attachment. The round movement is signed by "F.Marti", bell strike, outside count, and one of the cleanest and brightest brass movement, doors, etc. we have ever seen.
