The refinished oak case is in very good condition with no visible damage. 8 inch silvered dial with etched numerals, in excellent condition, no tarnish or rubbing. Bowed-beveled glass in the brass bezel is released from the case by a button on the side. Recessed panels in front outlined in brass, 4 unusual brass feet. Excellent oak case is 14 inches high. Full back door with metal screen covered with red cloth. Signed 8 day movement, strikes half hours and hours on a gong. Pendulum may be original, if so, has had some repairs. Nice clean mantle clock by one of Europe's better clock makers.
