Condition: various losses: red marble base is chipped in several places; numeral VI is lacking; minute hand (arrow) is missing. Nice quality balance wheel movement is intact, but needs service; vertical rack has some bent teeth. There is a hole in the top finial that held a carrying handle. For an example of the handle and arrow hand, see Tardy's reprint, 1976, Prt 2-Du Louis XVI a nos jours in French, page 396, where a similar clock by the same maker is shown. An uncommon item.
