Condition: the dial has been repainted, accentuating either a family or fraternity= Truemen of Manchester and Bloods of County Lancaster. Appears to have been done maybe 50 years ago, as the clock has been in this country for nearly that long.. The veneer on the case needs some attention; you can see blue tape holding on some glue repairs here and there, and a couple of light spots where the veneer is missing. Nice Liverpool style case.
