German RA needing some TLC. Made by the Schlenker and Kienzle factory around 1900.

The 8 day time only trapezoid movement is signed and operational. The two piece porcelain dial is very good and the inner dial is painted for a 24 hour dial. Good brass dial rings, original Vienna/German hands, porcelain beat scale, and a unique brass pendulum with stars within stars in the center and flowers and vines on the rim, all pressed into the brass. It would appear this movement is not original to the case; at least there are 3 extra holes in the backboard behind the movement. Not a bad case if it had all its parts. There are no finials or top piece. Unusual half columns on the sides, some parts of the case painted black. It is 32" high as it is.
