except for one broken leaf tip (piece included) the well-carved case is in very good condition with no losses or damage. The hands and numbers are old, the painted bird extends its wings and opens its beak when singing. The cast-plate movement is unsigned, is missing its weight chains and coil gong, and the bellows need repair. A nearly complete label, dated Sep. 24, 1907, covers the back panel. Ht of case 19.5"
