the swiveling head and post have worn and tarnished brass surfaces, and the green stone base has a few small chips. This appears to be an award for "The Whiteford Trophy, High Gun X 25 Autoloaders and Pump Guns" with winner names from 1951 to 1957. The little clock ticks and sets. Ht 9 1/2"
