this item is in overall very good condition. Dial is perfect, and with original retailers name still bold and clear = Franz Hiess, & S hne, KUK Hoflieferanten, Wien, Dial needs some specs cleaned off carefully, Compensating pendulum intact, but one vial is replaced and one finial nut is missing. Ht 13 1/2"
