C.1835, Silas Hoadley, Plymouth, Conn., 30-hour upside down

wood movement with alarm half column and splat shelf clock. This is one of Hoadley's Franklin label clocks, with a great label. The mahogany case was completely refinished some time ago, and none of the original stenciling remains. The top splat was broken and reglued. All three glasses appear original, bottom "Time is Money" with some flaking. Alarm train intact. Height 36 inches
