walnut "double door" case in alt Deutsch style. Typical of this model, the front is profusely decorated with pressed brass trim. Although the clock has an engraved dial center and pendulum, the embossed Becker weights are for a Nouveau model made a few years later. The bottom bracket has a large piece of veneer missing right at the top edge where it shows; stabilizer screws are missing. Still, from a distance, the clock has a good Victorian look and the well made movement is serial no. 762363. Height 50 inches
