very good original condition. It has the later wavy pattern on the pendulum, has a machined rather than cast pendulum tie down, and a painted dial with stamped signature. The movement is properly marked and with number 5 prominent below the signature. Graining on the case is intact; most anyone would be pleased with this Howard. Height 29 inches
