in good, as-found condition. This clock has many nice features for its age. Note the arch dial with simple calendar in the arch, along with a faux pendulum. Right and left subsidiary dials are for Schlaget, - Schl Nicht., and Repetiert, Nicht Repet. The hands have been repaired and the top finials incorrectly replaced with brass ball feet. The verge movement geared for 56 hours of operation, is large and robust, with heavy baluster pillars, and floral engraving on the backplate, also with serial number 235. Backplate also with vacant holes from removal of side supports. Height 20 inches $900-1200
