with claw feet. Both original glasses, the top with edge crack, the tablet with an unusual painting of 3 birds (about 2/3 gone). Lee Davis says he has never seen this tablet before and would appreciate a photocopy. The Downes movement has been thoroughly cleaned and is in excellent working order. The case retains original dust board over the pulleys; door with ivory escutcheon and orig lock; label excellent. There is minor damage to the top of the splat, dial with paint loss, and the left chimney top was poorly reglued and needs attention. Overall a very good clock worthy of restoration; height 28" $300-500
