C.1830, Jeromes and Darrow, Bristol, Conn. 8-day 2-weight, wood movement shelf clock. The clock is good condition with very nice carved columns and horn of plenty crest. The two lower glasses are quality replace-ments done on old glass. The door has some veneer damage and there is some veneer repair and some loss on the top molding. The side return on the top left has been replaced. The movement is by Jeromes and Darrow which is characterized by the small diameter winding drums. The dial and hands are original as well as the upper glass. Good label with a few stains + small piece missing from the bottom. Case is overcoated with shellac and a bit shiny.
