rare 30-hour weight driven brass movement shelf clock. Note this movement is Terry's 8-day model, converted to 30-hour with a shuffle of gearing, and large wooden drums applied to the going arbors. This movement is written up in NAWCC bulletin, Vol XII, No. 1, pages 26-29. This is a small case with veneered half columns on the sides and original stenciled splat. Original dial is missing grommets. Period "moon and sun" hour hand, and old replaced minute hand. Tablet is a replacement, but a good one. The label is rough and very faded, but readable in strong light. Nice unusually fancy pendulum which appears original. Height 26" $1200-1600
