less dome. This is a superb looking clock, all the mounts on the crotch mahogany case of fine quality and with their original gilding. Best part is the matching base (which originally had a dome), that has a well made Swiss 2-tune music box, pull wind, with buttons on the front for change and repeat, engraved in a small mother of pearl cartouche. The well made pinwheel movement has been cleaned and is in good running order. Note there are a couple of dry splits in this solid mahogany case, which is to be expected for its age. Height 24" $3750-4250
