Anonymous (not verified)

in a well figured mahogany case, and with signed 30 hour fusee movement. See Ken Roberts book on Ives, pages 244-45, for details on this 1847 patent Boardmen and Wells movement. See label image which looks light around the Boardman name because a previous owner very carefully peeled off the Daniel Pratt overpasted label (it is included). The two glasses are original and the lower tablet is s superb scene of a castle and moat. The case is great, except for minor veneer chips along the base; original dial with paint loss in corners. Height 19.75" Reserve $450
