The case has been refinished to a medium walnut color (was probably faux grained originally). This is a smaller clock with a 5" dial and original hands and pulley. Note close up showing beat-set as a disc with a pin in one side; this method has been used sporadically for over 200 years. This is a high quality movement with very fine pivots. Note beat scale is absent and weight hook is replaced off center so it hangs crooked; also needs side stabilizers. Original hands; dial perfect; bob smooth. A cute clock that needs only minor attention. Height 44" Reserve $650
