The dial has some very minor hairlines that are only visible on the closest inspection. The quality 72-beat movement has a separate brass gong standard, attached to the seat board and with original gongs and hardware. The hands are original and finely pierced. The lock for the door is intact, but will need a small key, which we were unable to locate. The dark rosewood veneer is in good condition; moldings are grained to match the veneer. The top trim and 2 finials are absent, however, the clock is otherwise complete. Pendulum stick has an old repair. Orig 5-star pulleys, silvered beat scale, and wooden handled winding crank. Height 47'
