a winged lady sitting in the garden and pouring water from a pitcher onto flowers. This clock has exceptional detail, note the delicate wings, hair and gown of the lady. The base with rococo shells and swirls, along with a wreath and garlands, a quiver of arrows, and a torch. The well made bell strike movement is signed Caplan and Salles, Fab. A`Paris, and with a perfect porcelain dial with dark blue numerals and chapter. The gilding with some wear on the front, and the rear discolored. Running and striking. Height 12" Reserve $1200
