in the style of Louis XVI. This is a well made little clock with fine detail. The ormolu mounts are finely chased and with original bright yellow gilding. The porcelain dial is perfect, with royal blue numerals and well detailed gilded hands. The top urn is slightly loose and the nut has stripped a bit and so will not stay tight (any good mechanic can solve this in a minimum of time). A well made clock with a good look; Height 12" $750-1000
