Ebony veneer with brightly gilded ormolu accents, as-found. Note the pendulum has been replaced and the knife edge tapped into a half dozen holes in the rear to get the length OK (it is still incorrect and if you look closely you can see the crutch to the right of the pendulum). The bell strike movement is original to the case and it has a great dial with tiny cartouche numerals, but you will have a project in dealing with the pendulum. Height 23" $3500-4000
