in walnut, in generally good restored condition. This clock was completely re-veneered around 30 years ago, and anyone who has ever tried veneering a complicated Seth Thomas molding, knows it is problematic. There are a couple of bubbles and creases in the round bezel veneer, but generally it is an "OK" job. The inside of the door retains original operating instructions (with Plymouth Hollow address), and the calendar mechanism and rollers are original. Both dials have been professionally repainted with proper numerals and patent information. The weight is an interesting model with a detachable iron pulley on top; looks OK. Runs and the perpetual calendar changes. These have been selling for around $2800 with original veneer, so our estimate considers the current condition. Height 40 inches $1500-1800
