, 8-day time, strike and perpetual calendar, restored. There is a note inside that this clock was restored in Dallas in 1975. The case has been refinished, dials and rollers re-papered (and now nicely aged and tan around the edges), and the two trefoils and other minor bits restored to top (a good job). The inside dial masks are original and retain their gold accents. Gold has been applied to the exterior incising. The clock is complete and sound, and with original "Chronometer" tablet (some scratches, see close up). Although it ticks and strikes and releases the calendar OK, it would benefit from service. Rear label intact. Height 33" $1400-1800
