probably made under contract for the American Clock Co in New York. See sister clock in last sale,c, which sold for $325. This clock has a double barrel pendulum, and retains Lot 358 original signed Welch movement and original finish. Orig paper dial with minor wear; hands have been heavily painted, so I can't tell whether they are new or old. 8-day, strikes on a bell. An uncommon clock in good condition; runs; height 20" Reserve $200
