complete with original dome and base. Note marquetry inlay on clock matches inlay on base and the old rectangular dome fits both perfectly. Someone soldered on a suspension spring with acid flux solder and there is a little corrosion on the outside of the movement that needs cleaning in addition to new susp spring. The quality Japy bell strike movement is otherwise complete and sound. Minute hand repaired (OK), minor chip in dial below 6 is not objectionable. Columns are barley twist. A very eye catching piece with the dome. Height 24" Reserve $800
