in an attractive walnut wall case with double fluted columns, carved leaves surrounding the barometer and with original top. A thermometer with both F_ and C_ scales lies in the throat. The movement is a heavy French square plated number, striking the hours and halves on a straight steel rod. The Aneroid barometer is original to the case and seems "live" to a tap. The clock is running. In very good condition and well above average in appearance and style; small piece of back board has been properly replaced. Height 36" $500-800
