a once elegant ormolu mantel clock that has been polished weekly by the made and only traces of the original gilding remain. Having said that, this is a clock of high quality, the case with "built in" base, and all tips and extensions are intact. The well made round lever movement is signed Tiffany and Co, New York on BOTH the dial and rear plate. One side strap that holds movement has failed and needs renewing. This clock will restore to an elegant piece. Height 16" Reserve $500
