in good original condition. It appears that the chains have been renewed, yet all the attaching hardware and the suspension are original. The ball, hands and plumb bob are original as well. These particular clocks are sometimes called mystery clocks, since the clock revolves around the plumb bob in the center (which is also free to move). It is simply that gravity and the resulting friction between the center chain links are greater for the plumb bob than for the ball and movement. Height 20 inches $6500-7500
