C.1890, French, Serpentine with Corinthian Columns carriage clock, time, ting tang strike, with hour repeat. This is a well made carriage clock that has been in storage for 25 years. The gilding looks to be intact, but the clock is coated with dirt and nicotine. Retains original lever platform intact and all beveled glass is good. The alarm dial has a minor chip at 9 that can be touched up OK and the time dial with nearly invisible hairlines. Old minute hand does not match the hour. This is a decent carriage clock in a very unusual case style that will respond well to restoration. Height 6" Reserve $600
