in a quality custom case, our guess made to match the owners furniture at the time. The case is very well made with a dentil molding top, and inset panel in the back with a finely carved pattern. The well made movement is singed Alois Sulz, in Wien (on dial), and with engraved dial center, pendulum and weights. Note the gilding has been polished off of the weights. Case stabilizers intact as well. Although not your traditional style, this clock should attract attention; height 47" $1750-2250
