The "Swinging Arm' hangs on a fine statue of "La Perle' (artist Moreau) with original brass plaque. The arm is only 12' long and the ball is 2.5' in diameter, retaining original blue cobalt finish (with some wear). Time only, in very good running order. Overall height 18.75'
