The quality of the engraving on this piece is exceptional, all 4 twisted columns with fine pansies, and the base and top with extensive scrolls. The ivory time dial has a crack at 9:30, but is otherwise perfect. The mask around the dial is deeply engraved with vines and blossoms. The case is numbered (26251) and with matching numbered key; the quality movement bearing both the 26251 and movement number 14296. Original lever platform intact and running. Also with original blue silk covered travel and display case (less strap) Note the silver plating is substantial and no brass is showing through. Height of clock 7.25' height of case 7.75'
