This mahogany box comes on its original serpentine table, verified by the "footprint' of the box on the top finish of the table. The model 50 was the most popular box ever produced by Regina, with the improved short bedplate and long running movement with double combs. This box was in the same family for over 90 years, and comes with 19 (15') discs. Box dimensions are 22º x 20 x 13, and the table height 29', total height 42'. This model is described in detail in the Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments, by Q. David Bowers, pages 185 and 191. The original finish with some crazing; all music teeth and tips are good.
