Porcelain china clock with a French movement. This signed Bonn case is exactly the same as the Ansonia LaGrande, refer to previous lot also. This case received a professional repair to the two rear legs and except for a slight matte finish, you cannot see the repair. The case is off-white with pink flowers and accented by a blue-aqua stripe all over the case, plus the usual 24K highlights. The well made round movement, numbered 98703 (with matching no. pendulum) strikes the hours and halves on a gong; bezel fits the front opening perfectly, however the rear cover has an adapter ring to hold it in place. Note the fancy porcelain dial with polychrome decorations and gilt pattern surrounding the numerals. As in lot 226, the case bears the Royal Bonn signature. An attractive clock. Height 20 inches $450-750
