C.1910, German, Franz Voseler, 30-day, miniature "Louvre" torsion mantel clock.

23 October 2024
The small round movement is only 2" in diameter (see plate no. 1208A). The original silvered dial is virtually like new and the dome is original (dirt on dome has reflected on dial). But the most unique item on this clock is the mini 3-ball pendulum that we have not seen before. Suspension wire is too short, but clock is otherwise complete and sound. Compare with Horolovar Repair Guide, Section 5, no. 80; note the entire case and dial are like the Jahresuhrenfabrik, figure no. 79; as both companies used the same case vendor. Height 11 inches $600-900
