6" dial, screw bezel, made for Wilfred O. White, Boston (engraved on dial) now on a custom mahogany stand (finest quality), with wheel spokes. The serial number of the clock is 314387 putting it in early WWII production. Interestingly there is a spurious brass plaque on the rear with a hand written inscription as follows: Yacht "Corsair", J. P. Morgan, 11-15-26. The gentleman who consigned the clock, bought it at Brimfield and was unable to glean additional info on the history of the clock. Dial with minor pitting; runs but would benefit from service. Diameter: 7" Reserve $400
