These were produced as a limited edition of 500 pieces, and marketed here by the Franklin Mint, with an original issue price of $1950, later higher. Includes the original booklet. The case is rosewood with brass trim. Each fold of the fan bears a numeral, and a sterling pointer with a center diamond points to the hour. As the hours go by, the fan opens, one fold at a time; on reaching 6 o'clock it folds down quickly and re-starts the process. With a special gold plated male key with wreath handle. Height 10 inches $1000-1500
