C.1988, Dutch, Reproduction Stoelklok Wall clock This type of clock has been made in the Friesland area of Holland since the early 18th Century. In the late 1980s a firm tooled up to produce these in some quantity for their home market, using traditional style movements and cases. This particular clock is a time only, although it has an iron bell above the movement for decoration. This is a well made new clock with metal decorations and hand painted dial and mermaids just like the originals. It is in running condition.
