Mahogany case with deeply carved ripple moldings around the door and also around the outside frame of the case; the lower door glass includes a colorful and perfect (replacement) portrait of George Washington; brass movement; wood dial; iron weights 26" tall by 16" wide; condition: fair. It's an OG clock with an old original dial signed by the C. Jerome Clock Co. New Haven Ct.(the dial has a few age stripes). There is no label inside the case. Dealer comments: Question-is it an original ripple OG? I don't think so...and if I'm right our price is a tad much. But if I'm wrong and it IS some sort of prototype or experimental Jerome ripple OG...then our price is WAY low and the next owner will have a real bargain! So it's up to you. I bought it out of plain old curiosity and a touch of greed. No harm in doing a little fishing is there? Anyway it's in running order and we will ship without additional charge within the Continental US.
