A very finely figured burr walnut double fusee English bracket clock by "Payne and Co", 163 New Bond Street, London. Numbered clock No. 3234. The finely figured caddy topped walnut case with original carved walnut sound frets and inlayed brass corners. The double chain fusee 8-day numbered and signed English movement of high quality with hour and half hour strike on a gong, regulator type top cock and original pendulum holdfast. 17" x 12" x 7.5"
