An extremely large Liverpool mahogany painted dial moonroller longcase clock with a painted dial signed "James Cawson "depicting scenes from the battle of Trafalgar and navel anchors to the corner pieces symbolising the navy, the fine quality substantially Liverpool made 8-day moonroller movement by "James Cawson" with inside date ring, the substantial mahogany case with inlayed base and trunk door veneered with well chosen flame veneers.
