movement, serial no. 795227, now in a C.1920 golden oak case with 6 panes of heavy beveled glass in a brass frame. The dial, hands and pendulum appear refinished in the 20's style with some black stenciling; brass covered weights are plain. Many clocks were "updated" in the 20's, the movement put in a more modern case such as thisÖ.. and many of the Victorian cases had been damaged in WWI. Minor nicks and scratches in case; clean and running. Height 34" $400-600
