Canadian Banjo Clock

Nearly three feet long, solid walnut case featuring a five an half inch silvered dial. Much like Howard Miller (but substantially smaller) George Lippert of Kitchener, Ontario made high quality copies of older American clocks, and specialized in banjos. Although not positive, I believe he operated through the 50's and 60's. Complete with his original label, old cast eagle, nice bezel and glass, this is an outstanding example of his work. German eight day time and strike, with a nice deep strike on a long vertical rod, heavy pendulum...recently serviced and in good running order with key.
