for Kelvin and Wilfred O. White Co., Boston-New York (engraved on dial), Ship's Strike clock in an unusual case of sectioned oak, joined to look like a "log" and with the texture of heavy bark all the way around. Movement serial number is 182779 and the strike hammer has broken off and will need reattaching. The clock is otherwise complete and sound, with "special" dial with raised bronze numerals, and of interest to the Chelsea collector who like something "different". Height 9"
