C.1890, French figural clock shelf clock This attractive cast metal clock appears to have been restored with gold paint. The case has several beautiful cobalt blue and white porcelain inserts of winged cherubs; unfortunately the matching dial got cracked in 2 and has a single vertical glue joint that shows on close inspection. The hands are original and the well made bell strike movement is signed, Aine and Commun, Fabricants, Paris. Has potential. Height 17"
