as-found, from storage. At first glance you would think this was an iron framed Morez movement, however it is an odd French model we have not seen before, very robust with heavy gearing. The black outer frame has some glue repairs, and there is some gesso missing on the left side; the dial surround retains most of its mother of pearl and brass inlay; brass bezel is loose. Movement needs cleaning and hour hand is loose. Should clean up OK; Height 24"
